Jack Abuhoff

Jack Abuhoff, Chairman of the Board, President and CEO

Mr. Abuhoff has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since September 1997 and as Chairman of the Board since May 2001.

Since joining the company, Mr. Abuhoff has focused Innodata Isogen on helping information and media companies create and maintain leading information products. Its strategy has been to bring advanced technologies together with global resources to create efficient and effective content operations.

Innodata Isogen was recently named to both the EContent 100 and the Global Outsourcing 100 by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). Last year, Innodata Isogen was recognized by Motley Fool as one of the ten best performing public companies. Several of Outsell's top 10 information companies have become Innodata Isogen clients.

Mr. Abuhoff is an Outsell Executive Council member and served on the board of the Software Information and Industry Association (SIIA).

Before joining Innodata Isogen, Mr. Abuhoff was Chief Operating Officer of Charles River Corporation, an international technology management and consulting firm from 1995 to 1997. From 1992 to 1994, he was employed by Chadbourne & Parke, and engaged in Sino-American technology joint ventures with Goldman Sachs. He practiced international corporate law with White & Case from 1986 to 1992.

He holds an A.B. degree from Columbia College (1983) and a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School (1986).

Ashok Kumar Mishra

Ashok Kumar Mishra, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Mishra was elected Vice President of Project Delivery in October 2001 after serving as AVP of Project Delivery from Nov 2000 to Sept 2001 and General Manager & HOF of India operations from 1997 to Oct 2000.

Prior to joining Innodata in 1997, Mr. Mishra was Deputy General Manager Switching Production in ITI Ltd, a premier Telecom manufacturer in India, where he held various management positions in Production, Planning, Process and Quality areas between 1977 to 1997 at its Banglore, RaeBareli and Mankapur plants.

Mr. Mishra holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pantnagar University (1976). He also has Component Manufacturing Technical Training from Alcatel France (1985) and completed a condensed MBA course from Indian Institute of Management Banglore (1995).

O'Neil Nalavadi
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

As a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Innodata Isogen, O'Neil Nalavadi is responsible for all strategic and operational finance functions, including financial planning, operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting and performance management.

Mr. Nalavadi will report directly to Jack Abuhoff, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Innodata Isogen. With more than 20 years of experience in various strategic, financial and operational leadership roles with public and private companies, Mr. Nalavadi recently served as CFO to R Systems International Ltd., a provider of outsourced software product development and business process outsourcing (BPO) services.

Prior to working at R Systems, Nalavadi served as a Senior Vice President at UB Group, a $5 billion diversified conglomerate. Mr. Nalavadi graduated with high honors from the University of Mumbai, where he was awarded a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Economics. He is also a qualified chartered accountant and member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Michael Abell
Senior Vice President, Technology Services

Mr Abell joined Innodata in 2009 as Senior Vice President, where he has global responsibility for Innodata's Technology Services Group. This group provides transformational IT outsourcing solutions to deliver our customers' increasing requirements for bundled services.

Previously, Mr Abell led the Media and Entertainment Practice in Europe for a large global IT and BPO services company. In this role he managed the successful transition and implementation of ITO and BPO services to some of the world's largest information and media businesses, including Thomson Reuters, BBC and Reed Elsevier. He has worked in his field for fifteen years, including stints at leading consulting and systems integrators, such as Detica (now part of BAE Systems) and large publishers, including Thomson Scientific, Sweet & Maxwell and West.

He holds a BSc in Publishing and Business Management and an MSc in Network Information Engineering.

Jim Lewis

Jim Lewis, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Jim Lewis has more than 25 years of experience successfully managing high-profile, high-growth companies, and has served in numerous senior leadership positions with responsibility for global sales, marketing, strategy and operations, and has worked in more than 40 countries.

He served as President, CEO and a member of the board of directors for NYSE-listed Berlitz International (GlobalNet). Prior to that, he was President of GlobalLink, an AMEX-listed company, and Vice President of Marketing for MAXM Systems, a network technology company. He has also worked as International Vice President at Landmark Systems, a mainframe software developer and as Director of International Operations for Peter Norton Computing.

Lewis also served as President of Princeton Sales Partners, a sales training consultancy that he founded to help clients in North America, Europe and Asia implement revenue-improving sales processes. Most recently, Lewis served as EVP of Sales and Marketing at Netrics, a search optimization and data matching company, which was acquired by TIBCO earlier this year.

Lewis — who authored Five Deadly Sins CEOs Make in Sales - holds a BA in economics and government from St. Lawrence University, and attended the EA executive management program at Stanford.

Lewis is also a certified instrument-rated pilot, and a member of Angel Flight, for which he flies financially needy medical patients to healthcare facilities across America. Jim is also a certified Homeland Security Pilot First Responder.

Stephen Ryden-Lloyd
Senior Vice President, Consulting Practice

Mr Ryden-Lloyd joined Innodata in 2009 and is a member of the executive management team. He brings the experience of a twenty year career in the information and media industry and heads Innodata's Consulting Practice.

Mr Ryden-Lloyd's primary focus is on helping executives in customer organisations to lead and deliver change, especially in connection with business processes and content technologies and by implementing global sourcing strategies.

Previously, Mr Ryden-Lloyd led the global consulting practice in Media and Entertainment for one of India's leading IT outsourcing service providers, a position he moved into after co-founding and then selling his consulting firm, The Publishing Practice. Prior to this he worked in the publishing industry and for several years at Penguin UK where he was Managing Editor, then led IT management of creative systems and finally served as Director of Content Management and sat on Pearson's global CM strategy team.

He holds a BSc degree in biology (Manchester) and a BA in English (Birkbeck).

Amy Agress
Vice President, General Counsel

Amy Agress, Vice President, General Counsel

Amy R. Agress was elected Vice President in December 2003. She also serves as Corporate Secretary, having been elected to that position in June 2001, and as the Company's General Counsel. Prior to joining Innodata Isogen in 1996, she was an associate at a general practice law firm in Manhattan.

Ms. Agress holds a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law (1989) and a B.A. degree from New York University (1986).
